Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are determined by weight (measured in pounds). All orders are shipped via UPS with delivery confirmation (within the US). You will receive a personalized order confirmation and estimated ship date after we receive your order and payment. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. International Customers: You are responsible for all duties and tariffs incurred by your purchase from Aphrodite USA. We fill out all applicable customs forms with every order and declare the full value of the items. We will not mark any order as a gift.

RETURNS

We strive to offer the highest quality. However, should you need to return your purchase, you may request an exchange or a refund of the purchased items, provided that they were not opened or used. Please contact us prior to returning items. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the shipment. It is your responsibility to sufficiently package your items when returning them, as we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail. We recommend bubble mailers or Priority mail boxes for most items as they are both light and inexpensive. Upon receipt of your return we will either send your exchange or refund your money. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Used items or items not in their original condition may not be returned.
